I am experienced in working with a variety of issues ranging from the traumatic to more general feeling of low mood or stagnation. Confidentiality is an important part of how I work and I will not ask you to disclose anything unless you are happy to do so.
I have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, nationalities, cultures and faiths. Some of the individuals I have worked with have simply wanted some guidance and direction in life, others have been struggling to come to terms with much greater losses and traumas.
